As an UPschool member, I’m not going to implore you to set mad goals and go next level. I’m going to tell you to give yourself a break. I’m going to tell you that goals might not be your thing. I’m going to tell you that you might already be next level. I’m going to tell you that a perfect 2020 for you is something that will unfold best if we uncover what uniquely drives you. And when we find out, you’ll have clarity of purpose, more energy and more YOU.
Hard charging goals might be your thing or maybe they’re not. We’ll find out. We’ll uncover what holds you back, slows you down and drives you bananas. And we’ll find out why. And then we’ll find the ways you fly.
HR Self-care and YOU
Those HR strategy questions are good ones to ask yourself. But you don’t need to answer them all right this minute or put them on your to do list (we know how New Year’s Resolutions typically go – I’m still working on some from 1983!). We’ll start where you are. We’ll discover what drives you. We’ll uncover your natural talent for HR leadership.
