The Process and Methods

Over the past 20 years, I’ve coached hundreds of managers in setting expectations, managing performance, navigating difficult relationships, and conducting difficult conversations.  The Magic Potion was developed over time as a result of those conversations and at the encouragement of many of those same managers who found it helpful in their practice.  It has become a reliable method for holding staff accountable, encouraging resourcefulness and innovation, and providing a timely way of rewarding your stars.
