About the Founder - Julie Lynch
Adept at connecting people with strategy, I specialize in change management, management development, and employee performance, motivation and engagement.
Strong positive leadership and client focus are the hallmarks of my approach and I am able to draw from exceptional communication and facilitation skills (think: team dynamics, moving through conflict, and building consensus among diverse interests) to achieve tangible results. The thing I'm most proud of though is that I have a highly effective interpersonal style at all organizational levels which, in layman's terms, basically means that I'm a nice person and most people like dealing with me.
With more than 20 years experience, up to and including executive level positions, clients have included a wide variety of small to medium sized organizations in the publishing, technology and services, healthcare and biotech industries. I am thrilled to be a Motivation Factor™ Alliance Partner able to certify others in the nothing-short-of-remarkable Motivation Factor™ Method and I am also certified in the Center for Creative Leadership Assessment Suite.
